Mr Indra Nath Bose, Advisor, The Great Eastern Shipping Co. Ltd. has over 50 years of experience in maritime industry. He has served Indian Register of Shipping (IRS) for 22 years in various capacities the last being Vice President. He has been with The Great Eastern Shipping Co. Ltd for past 14 years and served as the Designated Person and Head of QST Department and was responsible for quality, safety, occupational health and environment protection standards of the company and training of floating staff. He was a Member of the Governing Board and Chairman of the Academic Council of Great Eastern Institute of Maritime Studies. He has been representing Government of India at Marine Environment Protection Committee, and other Forums of International Maritime Organization for over two decade and has been closely associated with the development of various marine environment protection measures, specifically reduction of GHG Emission at national and international levels as representative of Indian National Shipowners’ Association (INSA). He is a Member of BIMCO Marine Environment Committee. He is the current Chairman of Technical Committee of INSA.

Mr Vijay Arora, A qualified Marine Engineer with a professional experience of more than three decades, Mr. Arora has strong maritime expertise under his belt. During his long tenure at IRClass,
Mr. Arora has worked in various survey stations in India and abroad and has handled multiple responsibilities within IRClass. Some of his key contributions in international forums include member
of the IACS Statutory Panel, Chairman of the IACS Safety Panel and held the Chair of IACS GPG from July 2019 to June 2020. He participated in the International Maritime Organisation’s (IMO’s)
Ship Design and Construction (SDC), Ship Systems and Equipment (SSE), Maritime Safety Committee (MSC) & Marine Environment Protection Committee (MEPC).

Capt Rahul Choudhuri is Managing Director of Veritas Petroleum Services (VPS) for Asia, Middle East & Africa based in Singapore.
He has been involved in the management of fuel quality & quantity business for 30 years. Mr Rahul is the Chairman of the
Singapore Shipping Association(SSA) Marine Fuels Committee, Vice-Chairman of the Singapore Shipping Association (SSA)
Marine Fuels committee, and Chairman of the Singapore Technical Committee (TC) for Bunkering. Mr Rahul is also acting
as Chairman of the National Mirror Committee for ISO 8217:2017 Fuel Quality Standards review & development. He has also
served as past Chairman of the International Bunker Industry Association (IBIA) Asia Executive Committee.

Mr B K Bhatia is currently working as Additional Secretary General with Federation of Indian Mineral Industries (FIMI).
Mr Bhatia has more than 45 years of experience in mining and metal industry with expertise in the domain of mining, geology,
health, safety and environment (HSE). Prior to joining FIMI, he was working with BALCO, a Vedanta Group company as head of Mines
(Bauxite and Coal). Mr. Bhatia is actively involved in formulation of mining policy and legislation framework and played active
role in drafting MMDR Amendment Act, 2015.

Mr Sachin Kulkarni, a Mechanical Engineer and has completed Materials Management from Indian Institute of Materials Management.
Joined Wartsila India in 1996 and associated with Marine industry since 2003. During this tenure, he has held different positions
within the Energy & Marine businesses of Wartsila. In current profile, he is proficiently leading and developing Marine sector
of the firm in South Asia region. He is an accomplished professional adept in Marine industry, General Management,
and International Sales. He is also a member of CII Maharashtra State Environmental Sustainability Panel.
