Samskip begins biofuel trial on second containership

The 800 TEU Samskip Innovator is joining the Samskip Endeavour in switching to use sustainable biofuel. In a trial that will run until mid-December, the Samskip Innovator will operate on MDF1-100 fuel which is produced from used cooking oil and supplied by Netherlands-based GoodFuels. The number 100 stands for the proportion made from renewable raw
