POSCO Consortium wins largest green hydrogen plant in Duqm

The consortium consists of four Korean companies, a French firm and a Thai corporate. POSCO holds a 28% equity in the group, followed by Samsung Engineering Co.’s 12% and the two Korean state-run power companies’ 24%.

Oman to produce green hydrogen for 2050 netzero target

Oman plans to produce a million tons of green hydrogen by 2030 and has set up a state-owned company as part of its plan to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
