Darsh Dronobotics to work with Trouve for hydrogen air taxi

Darsh Dronobotics Systems has announced a strategic partnership with Canada-based Trouve Innovation Hub Inc. to develop a hydrogen-powered five-seater air taxi. This collaboration aims to advance eco-friendly aviation solutions and support India’s net zero goals by 2025.

Under this partnership, Trouve Innovation Hub will assist Darsh Dronobotics in securing the funds needed to build a full-scale prototype of the hydrogen air taxi. The project is designed to offer a sustainable alternative to traditional travel, reducing carbon emissions and enhancing urban mobility.

The proposed air taxis are expected to cover distances of up to 600 kilometres, enabling travel between major cities like Delhi-NCR and Lucknow. These vehicles promise quieter operations, zero emissions, and lower operating costs compared to conventional aircraft.

Trouve Innovation Hub will leverage its network of investors and government support to fast-track the project’s development. By combining Darsh Dronobotics’ expertise in drone technology with Trouve’s innovation and funding capabilities, the partnership aims to advance the hydrogen air taxi toward commercialisation.

This partnership marks a significant step toward enhancing urban air mobility and supports the growing demand for sustainable transport solutions in rapidly expanding urban centres.
