GH2 Solar Pvt Ltd has secured a landmark 105 MW electrolyser manufacturing capacity tender from the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), marking a significant advance in India’s green hydrogen sector. This achievement is supported by a substantial Rs. 157.5 Crore subsidy under the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme.
The project, expected to be completed by 2030, will play a critical role in India’s efforts to produce 5 million metric tons of green hydrogen annually and achieve 280 GW of installed solar capacity. By utilizing advanced electrolyser technology, GH2 Solar aims to facilitate the widespread use of green hydrogen, thus reducing dependence on fossil fuels and contributing to climate change mitigation.
