On Earth Day 2025, Europa Technologies is extending its offering in flood and climate change risk assessment through a partnership with Twinn by Royal HaskoningDHV. The company will offer Twinn’s climate intelligence in product form and as a service through its award-winning viaEuropa platform.
Uniquely, the viaEuropa platform will offer API services allowing multiple flood models to be queried at the same time. This ability gives a more balanced picture of risk at area, site and individual property levels.
Using Twinn’s products, Europa Technologies is well placed to help financial institutions consider climate-related factors in their lending and underwriting decisions. This can result in reduced risk and improved performance in addition to meeting net-zero targets.
Warren Vick, Founder & Director of Europa Technologies commented: “We are delighted to partner with Twinn and offer their broad range of climate intelligence products. Their extensive data suite is a notable addition to our risk management portfolio and strengthens our ability to help financial institutions progress their climate-related risk analyses, including stress testing for banks and insurers, to meet regulatory expectations.”
Vanessa Balmbra, Business Development Manager at Twinn, said: “We’re thrilled to partner with Europa Technologies, combining our multi-hazard data suite with their brilliant delivery platform. Together, we’re helping organisations better understand their climate risks in formats that work for them. It’s about making complex climate information more approachable and immediately useful.”
