Infinite Blue Energy has entered into a Heads of Agreement with Aboriginal-owned business Boya Energy (Boya) to build and develop the MEG HP1 hydrogen plant. The plant will produce up to 4 tons per day of green hydrogen to meet the expected growth in hydrogen demand for medium and heavy-duty transport.
BE CEO, Stephen Gauld, said he was thrilled to announce the partnership with Boya Energy, an Indigenous company specialising in industrial renewable energy, to help take the project forward. The partnership is expected to see Boya Energy take a 10 per cent equity stake in the project.
Boya Energy founder, Gerry Matera says participation in this project aligns strongly with the values and vision of Boya Energy.
