Anuj Kumar Agarwal, promoter of Hydrise Group got funding of $0.66 million from Athena Capitals to set up an ethanol plant in Seoni, Madhya Pradesh. The ethanol plant is currently in final stages and expected to start production in the year 2023.
The plant will benefit farmers and fast-track the programme of ethanol blending with petrol to reduce dependency on oil imports.
