Fuelre4m unveils VIRDIS: A predictive AI breakthrough in global fuel distribution, powered by Five9nes

Fuelre4m has announced a new strategic partnership with Five9nes.io to develop and support VIRDIS, an AI-powered global distribution platform aimed at enhancing the deployment of its emissions-reducing fuel additive, Re4mx.

VIRDIS is designed to ensure that any registered vessel can receive the nano-biotech additive within two weeks, regardless of location. The system integrates real-time data ingestion, predictive analytics, and supply chain automation to streamline global fuel logistics.

According to Rob Mortimer, Managing Director of Fuelre4m, the collaboration brings together Fuelre4m’s fuel optimisation systems with Five9nes.io’s digital infrastructure and AI tools to create a scalable and automated distribution network. The platform seeks to improve operational efficiency while aligning with environmental and energy transition targets.

Ali Kazmi, CEO of Five9nes.io, described the partnership as a move toward greater digitalisation in the energy sector. As the exclusive digital partner for Fuelre4m, Five9nes.io will provide data analytics and AI capabilities to support the rollout and operations of the VIRDIS system.

Key features of the platform include a real-time data pipeline for vessel telemetry processing, predictive demand modelling for fuel delivery forecasting, and automation across workflows to improve transparency and coordination in supply chains. These functions are designed to align Re4mx supply with global fuel demand while maintaining visibility across distribution networks.

Fuelre4m plans to use the system to serve a wide range of clients, including ports, maritime companies, power utilities, railway operators, and public transport systems.

The initiative is positioned to support cleaner and more efficient fuel distribution practices, with a focus on meeting environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals.
