Haldia International Container Terminal (HICT) has taken another stride in enhancing its operational strength by introducing two cutting-edge Reach Stackers. These technologically advanced machines are set to significantly boost the terminal’s cargo-handling capacity and streamline overall efficiency.
This latest upgrade aligns with HICT’s ongoing mission to modernize its infrastructure with top-tier equipment. Earlier in March 2025, the terminal added a new Empty Container Handler to meet the rising demand for managing empty containers.
With these strategic enhancements, HICT anticipates quicker turnaround times and smoother operations—underscoring its dedication to providing dependable, high-quality service to the trade community.
