Organised by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), SIBCON is a biennial conference and exhibition focused on developments across the marine fuel and bunkering value chain. The 2026 edition will be held at Resorts World Sentosa, with a pre-conference symposium on 13 October followed by the main conference on 14 and 15 October.
