DGMA discusses marine engine manufacturing partnership with WinGD in India

India’s Directorate General of Maritime Administration (DGMA) has held discussions with WinGD (Winterthur Gas & Diesel) on potential collaboration in marine engine manufacturing as the country seeks to expand its maritime industrial capabilities.
