JET to build 10 hydrogen filling stations in Europe

JET H2 Energy has announced plans to open 10 hydrogen filling stations in Germany and Denmark.

The filling stations will supply cars as well as commercial vehicles and buses with green hydrogen. The first orders have been placed and the first stations are expected to be in operation by spring 2024 at the latest.

Most of the stations will be newly built, but some are expansions of existing JET stations.

The technology for programme will be supplied by Maximator Hydrogen, the Nordhausen company set up to make hydrogen supply systems.

JET H2 Energy, which is a joint venture between US conglomerate Phillips 66 and Swiss company H2 Energy Europe, was founded last July. It is planning to build 250 stations in Germany, Austria and Denmark.
